  • ADJUST THE SWEETNESS: You can adjust the sweetness of your iced tea by starting with a small amount of sugar (or other sweeteners such as honey or agave syrup) and adjust until you reach your desired level of sweetness.

TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST ICED TEA

Here are a few tips to keep in mind while making this Lemon Iced Tea:
  • Don’t let the tea steep longer than 10 minutes, or else it will turn bitter.
  • Be sure to measure the water. To prevent your tea from turning out too strong or too watery, measure the water to make sure you aren’t adding too much or too little.
  • Chill before serving. Refrigerate the brewed tea until it is thoroughly chilled. This helps the flavors to develop and ensures a refreshing and cool beverage.
