Vegan Magnum Ice Cream Bars

Image
Skip to Recipe As summer rolls in, nostalgia hits me. It takes me back to times when summers were synonymous with freedom. Summer meant a break from school, the time spent outdoors, a trip to my grandparents' home, and most importantly chasing down the ice cream truck in the neighborhood to grab one. My love for icecream has remained the same. The only difference is that these days, I prefer to make my own rather than surrending to the temptation of buying store-bought ones. These Vegan Chocolate Magnum Bars are my vegan version of the classic Magnum Bars. Vanilla flavored ice-cream bars dipped in luscious, melted dark chocolate to create a sinfully indulgent treat. They are creamy, fudgy and delicious as the store-bought, and just what you need to stay cool. Made with just a few ingredients, these are naturally vegan, refined sugar-free and dairy-free. If you enjoyed these Vegan Magnum Ice Cream Bars, yo...

With a flaky, buttery crust folded over a warm cinnamon-spiced peach filling, this Peach Galette makes the most elegant and impressive dessert and is the epitome of Summer. This is the simplest gallette recipe you will come across as it is made with puff pastry sheet. I know it isn’t the traditional way to make a Galette, but it sure is the easiest. Here are few of my popular recipes that I created using store- bought puff pastry dough: Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish Brie Raspberry Bites Chicken Pot Pie Hand Pies Spinach and Ricotta Rolls ...

Chocolate Peanut Butter Popsicles

Image
Skip to Recipe As summer rolls in, nostalgia hits me. It takes me back to times when summers were synonymous with freedom. Summer meant a break from school, the time spent outdoors, and a trip to my grandparents' home. But the main highlight was the anxious anticipation of the 'Popsicle Man,' whose bicycle ambled through the neighborhood delivering frozen treats to children of all ages. Whenever I would hear the sound of the bell, usually a block away, I would hurriedly run to my room and pull few coins out of my piggy bank before the man went away. Every inch of my existence was held unto that moment when my lips hungrily met the ice. It felt almost like a glance into heaven as the ice slipped under my tongue. The popsicle didn't take long to melt, leaving behind stained lips and sticky fingers. No gourmet dish can ever beat the happiness that a popsicle gave us back then. Though we cannot travel back to those days, we can always recreate t...
