Recipe Notes
- Make sure you use a ripe seasonal watermelon or else the agua fresca will have a bland flavor and will require additional sweetness.
- If you are making this for adults, you can add a shot of your favorite vodka, tequila, or rum for an alcoholic summer cocktail. You’ll feel like you’re on vacation with every sip!
- You can strain the blended agua fresca to get rid of the pulp if you prefer it to be ultra-smooth.
- You can store this in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons honey (you can adjust as per taste)
- 2 cups water
