Growing up in a tropical country, summers have always been associated with juicy mangoes and all the mango lovers here will vouch that the taste is unparalleled! So, here I am sharing a recipe that makes the most of them while they are in season. As you lounge on your porch, take a sip of this Mango Margarita and get transported to a tropical paradise.

Mango Margarita is the ultimate summer cocktail that is sure to impress. Smooth and refreshing and at the same time spicy and fiery with the right amount of booze. Whether it is Cinco de Mayo, a casual Taco Tuesday, a summer barbeque party, or a lazy sunny afternoon, this is sure to hit the spot.
You only need a few ingredients and some ice to make your margarita dreams come true. Toss everything into the blender, puree until smooth, and enjoy!
Can you make this Non-Alcoholic?

Absolutely! You can easily turn this into a non-alcoholic beverage by swapping the tequila for mango nectar or mango juice and the orange liqueur for orange juice. It will still taste amazing!

Can you make this Recipe for a Crowd?

This drink is always a huge hit with a crowd! You can easily double or triple the recipe to make a large pitcher of frozen margarita. I recommend blending it in batches so as to not overcrowd your blender at once.

This is the perfect drink for spring and summer, you can pair it with the following for a complete Mexican fiesta.
How to Garnish a Margarita Salsa

To serve, I like to rim the glass with some chili lime salt and lemon wedge. This helps to balance the sweetness of the mango and gives a spicy kick and an aesthetic look. However, if you can't handle the heat use plain salt to rim the glass.

Extra Notes
  • You can use fresh mango instead of frozen. However, you will need to add ice to achieve the slushy consistency.
  • This recipe includes tequila, you can lower the amount of liquor if you prefer a lighter version. If you’re craving a little more sweetness, feel free to add more honey/maple syrup.
  • If you do not find mangoes, feel free to use any other frozen fruit of your choice or that is in season. Pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, and peaches are all great options.
