This Toast features roasted juicy and sweet strawberries, creamy, luxurious whipped ricotta and a drizzle of honey topped on a slice of perfectly toasted crusty bread.
Whether you’re hosting a brunch, looking to elevate your breakfast game, or craving a quick but fancy snack, this toast is here to make your day.
WHY ROASTING THE STRAWBERRIES IS WORTH THE EFFORT
Roasting the strawberries might sound so fancy, but it is incredibly easy and it is what takes the recipe to a whole new level. The process brings out the natural sweetness of the strawberries and intensifies their flavor. The caramelized strawberries paired with the creamy ricotta is a match made in heaven!
CAN THE ROASTED STRAWBERRIES BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME?
Absolutely! You can roast the strawberries up to two days in advance and store them in the fridge. Gently reheat them before topping over the toast when ready to eat.

PRO TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST TOAST:
Here are a few tips to keep in mind while making this Roasted Strawberry Whipped Ricotta Toast:
- CHOOSE THE RIGHT KIND OF BREAD: A hearty, crusty bread like sourdough is sturdy enough to hold the ricotta and strawberries without getting soggy and gives the toast a satisfying crunch!
- USE THE FRESHEST STRAWBERRIES: Fresh, ripest strawberries make all the difference to the flavor.
