Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 450 g ground beef
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby bok choy, shredded
- 2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 Tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 250 g Chinese style noodles
- Green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds, for garnishing
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce and the rice vinegar. Set aside.
- Cook the noodles until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions, minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Next, add the shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper and the bok choy. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sauce mixture to the skillet, followed by the cooked noodles. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
