  • 5 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 5 cups apple juice
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Orange slices, to garnish
  • Fresh cranberries, to garnish
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, to garnish

  1. Add the cranberry juice, orange juice, apple juice, fresh cranberries, the cinnamon stick and the star anise to a large pot.
  2. Cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Pour the warm Christmas punch into glasses and garnish with fresh cranberries/cinnamon sticks/orange slices or fresh rosemary sprigs.
