Ingredients:
- 1 Pineapple, diced into small sizes
- 350 g strawberries, cut into small pieces
- 2/3 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 jalapeno, minced
- 2 red onions, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 3 Tablespoons lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Tortilla Chips(for serving)
Instructions:
- Remove the peel and core from the pineapple and dice into 1/4-inch pieces. Place them into a large mixing bowl.
- Then, add the strawberries, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, fresh cilantro,and fresh lime juice. Season with salt, as per your taste. Mix everything until well combined.
- For best flavors, allow the salsa to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve along with tortilla chips!
