Ingredients:
  • 1 Pineapple, diced into small sizes
  • 350 g strawberries, cut into small pieces
  • 2/3 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 jalapeno, minced
  • 2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Tortilla Chips(for serving)

Instructions:
  1. Remove the peel and core from the pineapple and dice into 1/4-inch pieces. Place them into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Then, add the strawberries, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, fresh cilantro,and fresh lime juice. Season with salt, as per your taste. Mix everything until well combined.
  3. For best flavors, allow the salsa to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve along with tortilla chips!
