And what better way to celebrate and relish summer's bounty than a fresh drink in hand!

Creamy Tomato Spinach Pasta Pineapple Strawberry Punch (Non Alcoholic)

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups sliced pineapple
  • ½ cup water
  • 4-5 tablespoon honey (adjust as per your taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 0.3 litre pineapple juice
  • 2 litres ginger ale

Instructions:
  1. Add strawberries, water and honey to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour it into a large pitcher and mix in the pineapple juice and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
  3. Slowly stir in ginger ale and stir to combine.
  4. Add in the sliced pineapple chunks and additional sliced strawberries.
  5. Chill until ready to serve and enjoy!
