Smoothies are one of my favorite ways of sneaking in plenty of fruits into my diet throughout the day. This Tropical Smoothie, prepared with seasonal fruits, is the perfect way to kick-start your morning or give you an afternoon boost. Packed with pineapples, mangoes, and coconut milk, this smoothie has everything to amaze your tastebuds!


I love the creamy consistency the coconut milk gives to it, but if you're looking to make this smoothie lighter, you can also use coconut water. It is completely vegan,dairy-free, and gluten-free, which means everyone can enjoy it.


This smoothie offers incredible versatility.You can add different fruits according to your choice.Here is a list of fruits that work well in this tropical drink.

Ingredients:
  • 1 large banana sliced
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice

Instructions:
  1. Place the banana,mango,pineapple,coconut milk, and pineapple juice in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Adjust with more coconut milk or pineapple juice as needed to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Refrigerate, pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy right away while cold!
