No Churn Cookies and Cream Icecream

Hot summer days call for a cold scoop of creamy ice cream. The transcendental feeling of every spoon sliding down the throat makes the weather enjoyable.

Though there are endless options available in the market nowadays, nothing can beat the joy of making ice cream at home. If you had always wanted to make it at home, but the absence of an ice cream maker was the only hurdle in your way then you have come to the right place.
This Cookies and Cream Icecream is no-churn ice cream that comes together with just 4 ingredients and does not require any fancy equipment.

It combines vanilla ice cream with crème-filled Oreo cookies. Smooth, creamy, decadent, this will easily rival any premium brand available at the stores. We have a container of this dreamy ice cream in our freezer all through summer.
The recipe is egg free, which means you don't have to fuss about tempering eggs vigilantly over the stove.

Even though the recipe doesn't call for eggs, the sweetened condensed milk and the whipped cream combine to give the ice cream its unbelievably smooth, luscious and creamy texture.
