Chocolate Panna Cotta
The season of love is here, and the whole world is gearing up to celebrate Valentine´s Day. Many people believe that a single day is not enough to celebrate the spirit of love. True! But here's the thing: if we don't celebrate special occasions, what would separate one day from the other?
I'm always on the lookout for a reason to celebrate. I am a firm believer that once in a while life concedes elusive moments. They're moments just waiting to be celebrated and cherished! And, embracing these moments of sheer happiness make the story of our lives meaningful.
One of the ways I like to pamper the person I love is by preparing a thoughtful meal at home. It may sound cliche, but good food is the way to my husband´s heart. Since every celebration deserves a decadent finale, I am sharing today an easy and delicious dessert that will sweep your better half off their feet.
Chocolate Panna Cotta is a decadent, creamy chocolate pudding made with simple ingredients and is the perfect dessert for a special Valentine’s Day dinner. Panna Cotta is a traditional Italian dessert that means cooked cream. It is made with milk and cream, lightly sweetened with sugar, and thickened with gelatin.
The smooth and light texture makes it an ideal dessert after a lovely dinner. It’s hard to imagine that something so impressive could be so easy to make.
